You sell. We take care of compliance.
Software tells you that you are an obliged entity and leaves you alone with a form. We do the work on every transaction — identification, screening, beneficial owner, source of funds — and hand you a closed file. You review it and confirm.
From €149/month · Free scope assessment · No lock-in

Four steps, and only one is yours
From onboarding the customer to a closed file. You only step in at the end, to confirm.
01Your customer identifies themselves
You send them a secure link. They fill in their details, attach their ID and sign from their phone. And while they type, the system is already assessing the risk: it checks the country against FATF, EU and BOE lists.
02We screen your whole portfolio, every night
Not just at onboarding: every night we check all your customers against sanctions lists, PEPs, close associates and adverse media. If anything changes, you get an alert on your phone.
03An expert analyses it and signs the conclusion
We resolve the matches, identify the beneficial owner and check the source of funds. You see the file up to date, the list matches and the transactions, with a reasoned conclusion behind them — not an automatic traffic light.
04Your stepYou confirm and the file is closed
The decision is yours and it is logged. The file is generated as a document with its reference, version and date, in line with Law 10/2010 and Royal Decree 304/2014 — ready for an inspection.
What we do and what remains yours
We do the work, but the law is clear: your responsibility as an obliged entity cannot be outsourced. That is why you confirm every file, and your confirmation is logged.
We do it
- Digital KYC: we send the form and collect it signed
- Ongoing screening of your whole portfolio against lists
- Documented resolution of every match
- Beneficial owner, financial capacity and source of funds
- Risk level for every customer, calculated and kept up to date
- Written special examination when the transaction requires it (Art. 17)
- Due diligence report for every transaction
- Document repository and a file ready for inspection
- Reminders of reviews and expiry dates before they fall due
Remains yours
- You register the transaction with us
- You confirm the conclusion of each file
- You decide whether to go ahead with the customer
- You report to SEPBLAC if there are grounds for suspicion (we prepare the file for you)
- You appoint the representative to SEPBLAC
- You keep the file we hand over to you
What we set up for you on day one
Implementation starts at €150 and is a one-off payment. It is not paperwork for a drawer: it is what you are asked for in an inspection, and what makes the day-to-day run by itself.
Risk assessment of your business
The document that justifies why you apply the measures you apply: risks by activity, customer type, channel and jurisdiction, with up-to-date international indices.
Customer acceptance policy
Which customers you accept, which you do not and on what objective criteria. It is the first thing an inspector asks when they want to know how you decide.
Procedures adapted to your business
How you identify customers, which documents you ask for, when to escalate and how often you review. Written for your sector, not a generic template.
Platform configured and portfolio imported
KYC forms for your sector, risk templates, thresholds and alerts. We import your current customers and screen them all from the start.
Kick-off session with your team
One hour so that whoever deals with customers knows what to ask for and what to do. No legal jargon.
Guide to appointing your representative
We prepare the paperwork, but the role is held by someone in your company: the law requires a director or manager of your company who is resident in Spain (Art. 26 ter of Law 10/2010), never an outsider.
And what is quoted separately
Because not everyone needs it, and we do not want to charge you for something the law exempts you from.
Full prevention manual
Only if you are not exempt because of your size. With fewer than 10 people and turnover or balance sheet of no more than €2 million, Article 31 of Royal Decree 304/2014 exempts you — and we will tell you so even if it means not selling it to you.
Certified team training
A practical session with materials and a certificate, for when the rules require a training plan or you want to strengthen your defence.
How much would it cost to have it sorted?
Six questions about how you operate. We tell you what the law requires of you, what you are exempt from because of your size and what it would cost per month to leave it in our hands. No sign-up needed to see the result.
Question 1 of 6
What does your business do?
Public prices, no “it depends”
In this sector almost nobody publishes their prices. We do: the price of each transaction is set before we start, according to its real complexity.
There are only two numbers to remember
1 · Your monthly fee
It covers the platform, ongoing screening of your whole portfolio and the ordinary day-to-day checks.
2 · From €180 if we need to investigate
When a transaction requires enhanced due diligence. We tell you before we start, never after.
Essential
from €149/month
A few transactions a month requiring customer identification
Ordinary checks included
Business
from €299/month
Ongoing activity and a growing portfolio
A higher volume of checks included
Custom
Let’s talk
High volume, several users or regularly complex operations
Proposal tailored to your case
And if you operate on a smaller scale, the fee adjusts
It makes no sense for you to pay for volume you do not use. If you do two transactions a month, we adapt the plan to that. These fees are the starting point, not one size fits all: what we charge adjusts to the real needs of each business.
Two months’ discount with annual billing. No lock-in.
You do not need to know whether your transaction is complex
That is exactly our job. We assess it, with the same criteria in every case, and tell you what it costs before we start. The exact opposite of being made to explain your case only to be told “it depends”.
What makes a transaction require more work
- A non-resident or a foreign company is involved
- There is a multi-layered structure, a trust or a foundation
- Payment comes in crypto-assets or from outside the EU
- There is a list match, a PEP or a close associate
- The source of funds is not documented
- A high-risk country is involved for any of the parties
It is not the amount or the sector: it is who is involved and where the money comes from.

Indicative prices, excluding VAT. The level of each transaction is confirmed before we start. For high-value transactions, crypto-assets or multi-layered structures, the quote is adjusted to the real scope. The full prevention manual is quoted separately, and only if you are not exempt because of your size.
